The indicated prices are per apartment and per day. Local tax is not included. Indicated prices for additional guests are per individual and per day. Prices for the Ötztaler Radmarathon and Ski Worldcup Opening you will receive on request.

For your fixed booking a pre-payment of € 500,- per apartment  is required.

The rooms are ready from 4 pm. If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know as early as possible.

The rooms are on your disposal till 9.30 am. If you leave before 8 am, please settle the bill on the evening before

€ 4,- per person per day, no local tax for children up to the age of 14.

Please be aware that we are a non-smoking house. Therefore smoking is only permitted on the balcony / terrace.

Clean linen, towels and dishcloths are in the appartments at your arrival. Towels will be exchanged on request,  once a week.

For our guests we offer free Internet-Access (WIFI) in all apartments.
